Casa de Luna - Mile 478

So about a days hike from Hiker Heaven is another great place called Casa de Luna which is the home of Papa Joe and Terry Anderson.  Now the Saufley's was smooth, relaxing, and great like a well planned weekend festival.  The Anderson's was more like Woodstock.  It was awesome.  We had such a great time and how could we not when we were fed taco salad for dinner,  pancakes for breakfast, and got to watch plenty of hiker antics and listen to great stories!

Knief, being Swiss, thought the Mohawk was so uncool so he had Sad Fish, the unofficial barber for the day, try something different.....

What can we say? He's European.  We actually thought he pulled this off pretty well and sure to fashion form this hair style will probably be popular in the U.S. in about 3 years.

Sad Fish made an encore but this time the client was Smokey.  We went to sleep  before we could see the final product but when we were leaving the next morning we ran into Smokey.  He had only the right side of his head shaved along with the right side of his face and ........ his right eyebrow.  When I commented on the new look he just replied "man, it got crazy last night"

Terry Anderson is like a rock-n-roll foster mom for a bunch of dirty kids. The Andersons are good fun!
